  • 1/2 carrot cut into cubes
  • 1/2 tablespoon ofchopped celery

  • Ahandful offrozen peas
  • Ahandful ofchopped red pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon ofminced onions
  • Apinch ofbean sprouts

  • 1tablespoon ofsoy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ofsesame oil (ifdesired)

How tomakeit:

Pour rice into alarge mug and cover with water, sothat it’s covered by1-2 inches (the width of2-3fingers). Place inthe microwave atfull power for afew minutes and wait until the rice has absorbed the water completely. Mix all the vegetables, add into the rice and cover the mug with cling film, place back inthe microwave for one minute.

How tomakeit:

  • Nutmeg

  • 1tablespoon ofcoconut flakes

How tomakeit:

Mix together all the ingredients for the dough, then place the dough inamug. Inaseparate bowl, mix together the pumpkin, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg and honey (sugar orsyrup) until the mixture issmooth. Place the mixture inamug ontop ofthe dough, sothat there’s some space left. Use your fingers topress gently and flatten the surface. Place inthe microwave for two minutes. Check with atoothpick, ifthe cake ismoist inside, place itback infor 20-30seconds.

  • 1/4 cup offlour
  • 1teaspoon ofbrown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ofbaking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ofsalt

  • 1-2 tablespoons offrozen blueberries

  • 1/2 teaspoon oflemon juice
  • Asprinkle ofvanilla
  • 2-4 tablespoons ofsugar

How tomakeit:

Mix all the ingredients together. Place them inalarge bowl. Cook for 90seconds, stirring every 30seconds. Allow the dish tocool. Garnish with berries, nuts and whipped cream.
