Without watching the video, I'm guessing you messed up (or didn't have) your signals.There's a mini-tutoral you can play while you're in the middle of your actual game that explains them.

Short version: Chain signal before any kind of split/intersection. Regular signal right after.

[Edit] I jumped to the very end of the video and noticed you had the schedule set to Manual (you control the train yourself), so check that too.
[Edit 2] On second thoughts, the game might lock it to manual when it can't find a path. It's definitely a signal issue. Without them, your iron train is already occupying the whole track so the copper train isn't allowed to pass that first intersection.

More black company shenanigans. tldw: Airi gets scolded when people spend too much of the budget on company dinners. Some of Airi's coworkers have been working over the weekend. Isn't her job in CA? They have extremely strict labor laws, and if this is true, this is a massive lawsuit waiting to happen. If Airi blows the whistle, she can probably get a golden parachute out of the company as for as much as I sh*t on CA, their labor laws are no joke.

I don't think it's Stockholm syndrome as much as she must owe the company in some way. Whether they paid for her education, helped with citizenship, etc. Even after she's gone I doubt she'll report them though, she comes off as very much a "don't rock the boat" type of person.
