What level do you need for a max house in OSRs? ›

83 Construction is currently considered to be the lowest Construction level needed for a max house, as it allows players to boost with a crystal saw and spicy stew to build an ornate jewellery box.

The house starts off with only a parlour and garden, but furniture and additional rooms can be built. To build, go to the options menu, select house options, and set the building mode mode to on. Players will then see what looks like ghost-like hotspots where new objects can be built.

With a little patience or luck, players can use a spicy stew to boost their Construction by 5 in order to construct the Portal Chamber with as low as 45 Construction. Then they can use the crystal saw's invisible +3 boost to construct the teleport focus and portals before their boosted level falls below 47.

A superior garden is a room in player-owned house that can be built at level 65 Construction with 75,000. Players can have multiple superior gardens in their house, and when using the spirit tree or fairy rings, the player will be teleported to the first garden they have built.

While skills cannot be leveled past 99, players sometimes use "virtual" levels to track their XP amounts beyond the level cap.

Start by training attack, then defence, then strength. Train on chickens until 30 in all stats. At level 50, kill deadly red spiders all the way to 99, make sure you have at least a rune weapon by now and bring plenty of food. 99 should take around 120-130 hours.

The minimum levels a spirit tree & fairy ring can be built at are 90 Construction (with use of a spicy stew) and 78 Farming (also with the use of a spicy stew). A crystal saw cannot be used. The alternative is making 2 superior gardens, planting the tree and fairy ring separately requires level 75 and 85 respectively.

The code to reach this ring is DIQ, which only works if the player has one in their house. The fairy enchantment required to plant the fairy ring can be purchased from Fairy Fixit's Fairy Enchantment. Doing so requires full completion of Fairytale II - Cure a Queen.

Barrows Teleport teleports the caster to the Barrows. In order to cast this spell, players must have spoken to Tyss to unlock the Arceuus spellbook. Completion of the quest Priest in Peril and receiving Drezel's warning is required to use the teleport. Casting Barrows Teleport requires 83 Magic (boosts can be used).

It requires level 72 Construction and costs 200,000 coins. Within a portal nexus room, players can build a portal nexus that can teleport the player to multiple locations around Gielinor. The cost of adding each teleport to the nexus is 1,000 times the rune cost of that spell.

The fastest way to train the early levels is to plant bagged plants in the player-owned house. However, it is significantly more expensive than planting seeds. If the garden supplier does not have enough stock, players can hop worlds to buy more bagged plants.

Superior Slayer monsters are more powerful versions of normal Slayer monsters that have a 1/200 chance to spawn upon the death of one of its normal counterparts. After claiming the elite tier rewards from the Combat Achievements system, the chances of a superior slayer monster appearing is increased to 1/150.

A plant can be built in the small plant space 1 of the garden in a player-owned house. It requires 1 Construction to build and when built, it gives 31 Construction and Farming experience.

To max all of the 13 F2P skills it will take a total of 169,447,603 experience. To reach the 200 million experience cap for all the 13 F2P skills it will take a total of 2,600,000,000 experience. To max all of the 21 P2P skills it will take a total of 273,723,051 experience.

High-Level (71-99) This top-level range is where things get really interesting. The game opens up to you, and you have many more options to train than were previously available.
